He knew what was wrong. He showed me the bad part from the furnace, then he went to purchase the part and replaced it with an aftermarket part. He's very honest about things. His service call was $62, and the part was $83. Within four hours it was a done deal. He doesn't oversell people. His email is [email protected]. I would highly recommend him.
