They did a good job.  They have always been polite.  It would have been better if they went the whole nine yards and were a little more honest, like telling me that I don’t really have to replace it right now, and I can do it anytime other than telling me that I have to replace it. I would use them again in the future, but I would question them more.

The service person arrived early within the estimated 90 minute window stated by the company's office staff. He listened as I described the problem and went right to work examining first my indoor heating/cooling unit before proceeding to the outside A/C unit. Once the examination was complete, he explained in detail the work that needed to be done and the estimated cost involved to get my approval before proceeding with the work. He also suggested cleaning the A/C unit to make it function more efficiently. I was very pleased with the service person's attention to detail and and his professionalism.

I am very pleased with my overall experience with this company. I requested the unit not be visible from the front of the house, they placed it in an area that honored my request. They also painted the work frame and base a color that matched my roof. These are things that add to the curb appeal of my home. One thing I particularly liked was they pulled out my old floor heaters and rough patched the openings. I can carpet the room/hallway or apply laminate or wood flooring without having to go around the heaters, no other company offered this perk. The week after the installation was complete it was over 100 degrees outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The Rheem unit is very quiet too. I think this company takes pride in it's work and uses quality products. I called to let them know that one of the vents was stuck and they came out and changed it the next day. The company is also quick to provide you with the documentation necessary to receive Federal and local rebates.
