It went really great, the guys were a joy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They explained everything step of what they were doing and asking along the way for questions if we had any. We learned a lot and our garage doors are back working like new. Great Job Guys!!!!!

It was my first time using Angie's List. I selected this company based on the number of reviews and the quality of reviews. I called and he was over in an hour's time as promised without hesitation despite being almost 30 miles away. You can tell that Tim takes pride in his work, is fast, professional, and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call again, and plan to regarding maintenance service. It was an overall great experience.

Tim is a really nice guy to do business with. He was totally honest with everything and understood that I didn't want to spend a fortune on a new garage door. He came out on a Saturday with another guy and they finished the same day. They did a great job! I love my new garage door and the motor is so quiet. He was able to get me a deal on the opener too. I would definitely recommend him! The price I paid was even a little bit lower than I had anticipated!

Tim Wilson replaced a broken spring on my garage door witch is what I originally called about. He went beyond that though and did what I would describe as a tune up on on my garage door, replacing worn and broken hinges, made adjustments to the opener, lubricated the entire mechanism and added some screws to reinforce the structure of the door. My door is in fairly bad shape and needs to be replaced but things being as they are I'm not in a position to do that right now. When the spring broke I thought the worst. Tim came out to the house within in an hour of being called, did the the job without trying to up-sell me, completed the work very quickly and gave me a great price. I was prepared to pay more for the extra parts he installed as we had not discussed them before he started the job but he stuck to his original quote. When the time comes to replace the door I will be calling on Tim again.

Tim Wilson - a great garage door man. You can feel like you found a trustworthy garage door repairman. He wants to do good work and he is conscientious in his work. Door was slightly tilted but he corrected that when I called him back out.

He was great and punctual, actually was there before we were able to meet him; He was already working on the garage and was finished within an hour. Price was very fair and he was kind and helpful. Read the comments from Angie's list and that was why we called him first.

Very quick response. I called them on a Saturday Morning. They came out within the hour. Looked at problem and started right away. Very thorough and efficient. Charged exactly what was quoted over the phone.

My husband and I bought an older home with a detached garage. The garage door was broken (we knew this buying the house). We called TW Overhead doors do have the door repaired. Because the garage had some dry rot, we ended up having to re-frame the opening. We picked out a carriage style door to match our English Cottage style house. Tim told us that Lift Master garage door openers were the best (he's right!). The work was done quickly and the result was superb! Tim knew exactly what I needed, and he even found problems with the garage that the inspector missed. He went the extra mile and replaced some siding around the garage that had to be changed because of the construction. The new garage door adds a ton of curb appeal and the opener is as smooth and quiet as can be.
