Mr. Trice was very professional and thought of ways to save me money by doing the best job possible, without using unnecessary materials. He was prompt and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. I was impressed with how quickly he figured out the problems then jumped into action.

Having a rare day off of work, I called to see if by chance they could come out and fix both my toilet and shower leak. I promptly received a call back, the plumber was able to come out with in the hour even though it was not an emergency. And both the snaking of the toilet line and the repair of the shower leak were completed before mid afternoon.

Mark was again very pleasant as he assessed the situation and asked me more questions as I was familiar with the drain layout, and had attempted to clear the clog myself. Using a garden hose and filling in the washer basin, Mark tested the drain before attempting to clear the clog to get a better sense of the problem - THE WATER BACKED UP. He then began clearing the drain using the electric "snake". After about ten minutes of work, he ran the garden house again; NO BACKUP. He then filled the washer basin and allowed it to drain while the garden hose simultaneously running a large volume of water; NO BACKUP. I was completely confident that my drain was working great. I called around for a new water heater. These guys are the only ones that answer there phone. The plumber I talked to spent time with me on the phone making sure I even needed a new water heater. In fact he gave me a a few thing to check. He helped me get it going over the phone. The water heater could have been repaired, But I trusted these guys. and had them replace the water heater anyway. In the mean time other plumbers called me back with prices and attitudes. That told me I got lucky with this company. Very honest service.
