The service was high-quality, the price was fair.
My only complaint: the organizational skills were a bit lacking. Phone communication was a bit difficult, estimates changed from one inquiry to another, and there was a mix-up on which day our appointment was truly scheduled. for. Overall, a very good shop.

Toyotech has taken care of all of my cars. They had to keep my car a long time to break it down in order to figure out why the brake light kept coming on and they didn't charge me for all the time involved in trying to figure it out. Toyotech can always work me in whenever I need anything and they go above and beyond.

It was actually a very good experience. I called and made an appointment on New Year's Eve. They got me in and with everything I asked, they were pretty speedy and very courteous. I thought the price was fair. They worked on the car for an hour and a half. I am very happy with them. I will definitely take the car back.

My daughter's car had a mind of its own. Sometimes it would start and other times it wouldn't. We first called around getting quotes for the initial evaluation. They were BY FAR the cheapest. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. We made an appointment, took in the car and within 4 hours they found her positive battery cable was bad. They included the $55 initial fee to our bill. Out the door was $156 for the repair. Now THAT was fair and I will go back. Also, they knew my daughter needed her car the following day by 1pm to make it to work. They put a rush on her repair and it was done! Now THAT is amazing customer service. I will use them again! I will tell everyone about them! Great job, ToyoTech!
