His name is Tito. He has come here for years. I pay him $100 monthly whether it is a 4 or 5 week month. He will do extra if I need it. When I had him do the trees it was extra. He is very good. If there are any problems he will take care of those for me. If it is going to cost something he will tell me what it cost and why. A big part of the expense with the trees was hauling the stuff away. He took it to the dump and he charged for dumping it. He is nice and very easy to deal with. He is really good and he fertilizes and maintains what I need to do. I've been satisfied with him and his price so I haven't checked around. He comes year round, which is good for the lawn. He also takes care of my sprinklers. He is good and knows what he is doing. He is always here with his son but if he is not here his son will come with someone else.
