I was able to make an appointment that same week.  The part was ordered an available when I arrived.  Service took less than one hour.  The waiting room is clean and pleasant.  Owners and professional, courteous, and friendly.  Will definitely use the Auto shop for additional auto repairs.

The Auto Shop was everything Angie's List customers said.  Friendly and helpful people.  I don't know anything about costs but felt they were honest.  They took the time to explain everything to me and we have decided to do what is needed in 3 different stages, as I can afford it, doing the safety things first.  They drove me home in my van so I could explain the vibration I was feeling and the noises I heard.  The vibration was caused by a broken shock, fixed.  I still don't know where the other noises came from but they are gone. I scheduled the second stage. 

They are excellent. They have been in business for 38 years and are very honest. Their labor rates are reasonable.

Bruce was honest and never hesitated to tell me exactly what he was going to do, what might go wrong and how much it would cost worst case.  He got the repair done sooner than expected and it cost about $80 less than the estimate.  There is some more work that needs to be done, new timing belt, water pump, major transmission flush and new seals, and brakes, but Bruce has advised I drive the car for a month to make sure the engine is still good before doing the rest.  Great advice and I believe demonstrates an integrity and competence unusual in the industry.

Our car was running rough. We tried to self-diagnose problem with a code reader (it told us the #3 coil pack was bad), so we knew what was wrong, but we ended up replacing the wrong coil pack and leaving in the broken one. After trying and failing to fix the problem ourselves, we decided to take it to a mechanic. We told them what we had done and they ran a diagnostic. They called us back and told us what the problem was. Since we still had the old coil pack and had bought a new one (that was still on the car), they told us to just bring over the old coil pack and they would use that to replace the part that really was broken. In addition, they said that all the spark plugs were old and needed to be replaced. They fixed the car fast and charged us a reasonable fee. The car runs great now.

I feel they are trustworthy and they do a good job.

All the work I've had  has been satisfactory. They are not cheap but they are worth it. I'll keep going to The Auto Shop until the F150 dies or I do.

They could not find anything wrong, but they guessed my starter is starting to go bad. But instead of replacing it they said continue driving the car until it happens more often. Then they can truly say it is the starter or something else. This saved me $500 to replace the starter.
