On time, efficient, at good price.

I gave 5 stars across the board but if I could have , it would have been 10 ! I was so worried that the 2 issues I had were going 2 be costly (as that is just my luck ) but Bryan explained everything that he encountered and didnt try to take advantage that my knowledge in this field is ZERO. He went above all expectation with scheduling and price. Great cust svc, friendly and stands by his work . Very happy customer!

BRIAN CAME A LITTLE EARLY AND ASKED IF WE WOULD RATHER HE COMES BACK. WE WERE READY AND HE STARTED. HE WAS SUPPER GOOD A LISTENING TO WHAT WE WANTED, VERY PERSONABLE BUT KEPT WORKING THROUGHOUT. Bryan is my hero. Both of my toilets decided to stop working at the same time and he arrived at my house in less than 45 minutes after our initial conversation. Unfortunately it was found that the problem is roots in the pipe (and he doesn't replace that) but he has been able to keep things working for me until I can get someone in to put in a new pipe. Not only did he get the toilets going again, but he replaced the wax seals on both (because of leaks) as well as the workings inside one of the tanks (again, because of leaks) and he did all of this in less than 2 hours, and that was even including the time needed to run and get parts! I definitely felt his price for the job was very reasonable and he is very nice too! I will definitely recommend Bryan to anyone who needs plumbing help.

Very prompt and efficient. Mr. St. Clair diagnosed the problems. He then helped me pick out a good quality replacement faucet of the right size that would match the decor using Lowe's online, picked up the needed supplies and installed them along with needed replacement valves all at a reasonable price.
