PSR is a family owned and operated company founded in 2005. We have serviced over 1000 clients specializing in top brands such as; Subzero, Wolf and Asko. We offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs and believe in taking care of clients first and putting profits second.

Diagnosis was quick and correct, and suggested other repairs for longevity of unit. Repairman even cleaned my 2nd refrigerator coils as a courtesy. Nice job.

Complex, but well. As usual, PSR will only charge me for the parts used, and never installs "just-in-case" parts. You get what you pay for . . .and I will continue to pay PSR to service my appliances.

Cyrus came to my house early the morning after I called. He called while on his way. He was extremely professional and went right to work figuring out the issue with my refrigerator. Mine was a simple fix - the coils needed a good cleaning (3 dogs & 2 cats to thank for that). He did say the electronic board at the top of my fridge might be going out but sugggested we wait rather that buy a part now. Happy to say that Cyrus didn't try to sell us unnecessary parts or fix anything that wasn't broken! I will definitely use PSR again.

Excellent responsiveness and very professional. We explained the problem, received a price estimate promptly and as soon as the parts came in, PSR scheduled the appointment. Very little down time. Care was used to make the repairs and we also received a follow-up call to insure that we were satisfied.
