Called to make an appt. which the person on the phone setup within a few days at the only day I had available during the week; which worked out perfect. Come to find out she had no idea what they had on schedule that day and got a text the next day they were not able to keep the appt. and they DO NOT work weekends; which is the only other time I would have had available. So back to "square one" on finding a repair person. Disappointed with their scheduling and non-weekend working process. Definitely room for improvement.

Complex, but well. As usual, PSR will only charge me for the parts used, and never installs "just-in-case" parts. You get what you pay for . . .and I will continue to pay PSR to service my appliances.
Description of Work
PSR has been doing my kitchen appliance repairs since 2008. Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop, etc. All are high end products (DCS, Dacor, Miele, etc.). This time some of the control buttons for the ventilation hood were unresponsive. A new circuit board was provided, but upon dismantling, it appears that the retaining board with clips is at fault, not the circuit board. So clip ordered, and after install, the new circuit board will be returned for credit if not needed.

Cyrus came to my house early the morning after I called. He called while on his way. He was extremely professional and went right to work figuring out the issue with my refrigerator. Mine was a simple fix - the coils needed a good cleaning (3 dogs & 2 cats to thank for that). He did say the electronic board at the top of my fridge might be going out but sugggested we wait rather that buy a part now. Happy to say that Cyrus didn't try to sell us unnecessary parts or fix anything that wasn't broken! I will definitely use PSR again.

Diagnosis was quick and correct, and suggested other repairs for longevity of unit. Repairman even cleaned my 2nd refrigerator coils as a courtesy. Nice job.

Excellent responsiveness and very professional. We explained the problem, received a price estimate promptly and as soon as the parts came in, PSR scheduled the appointment. Very little down time. Care was used to make the repairs and we also received a follow-up call to insure that we were satisfied.

We needed repair of our Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. The freezer compressor was failing.
