We’re professional with good results. I’ve only seen two spiders in the house during the last three years Proper Pest Control has been spraying.

In one treatment Proper Pest Care (PPC) fixed an ant problem that Terminix had ineffectively been working on for 9 months. Lisa from PPC is very knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to educate us on the changes we needed to make so our yard is less ant friendly. The only way I would quit Proper Pest Care is if we move someday or they are bought out by Terminex.

They are fine and they do a good job. I don't have anything negative to say about them. They turn up every time and they are here on time. Their price, quality, responsiveness and professionalism are all good.

They didn't seem to have any problems doing the work. I've had other people come out who didn't really want to do certain aspects of the work. These people didn't have problems going into the crawl space. The guy knew what he was doing when he came out to the house. He already knew what to look for. They send the same people out who have been here before, so they can know how the situation is coming along. They came back out when I asked them to.
