I called the provider in the afternoon, he was available at 10.00 the next day and turned up promptly at 10.00am. He was able to pinpoint the problem and within a half hour, he fixed it. He also gave my husband pointers on how to keep the water fresh and available.

Ray came out and gave us a quote, had the parts the next day. He is polite, professional and meticulous. I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

I called one day. He came out that afternoon on a Friday. He then promised to return the next Wednesday with the part, which he did. He treated my 86-year-old mom well.

He was very helpful, honest and thorough. Took a detailed look at a dryer that could use work and gave us multiple options.
In the end, we took his recommendation not to invest more $$ in an older item; appreciated his candor and professionalism.

Ray is a very professional individual. He was very accomodating in that he rearranged another appointment, so I could get to Riverbank from the town we live in, to meet with him. He is knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and described what needed to be done to fix it. He ordered the parts while at the house and came back and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The price was very competitive and I was happy with the results.

Very pleased with Priority Plus, as they accommodated my schedule and were out to my home on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate and repaired my washer promptly. I would defiantly call them out again. He even gave me some tips on cleaning and maintenance of the machine that would help the machine perform better down the line!

I called Ray about the issue, and he was willing to head out right away to see what we needed. He showed up exactly 2 min early, and was ready to work. He was dressed professionally, and acted very courteous. He informed us of the work that needed to be done, and gave us a price right on the spot. He was willing to work with us do do the job in steps. The front seal was the most expensive part, so we wanted to do the smaller, cheaper things first to make sure it was still working before dishing out the big money for a possible unneeded part. He made three total trips to our house to get the job done, in a way that ensured we didn't over pay. I have dealt with repairmen before, and you never know what is going to show up. I can honestly say that Ray is unbeatable, there are some people out there that may do it a little bit cheaper "not by much", but you will not find this kind of quality work anywhere else. He even gives a 30 day warranty. Trust me on this, call Ray, and save yourself some time, and heartache.

I am so glad to have found my new appliance repair company! When I contacted Ray, he was able to come out the very next day. His rates are the best around (trust me!), he showed up on time, he was very professional and very nice, and he did a great job. I would definitely recommend him, and will be using him in the future. He was great!
