Description of Work
Just plain diagnostic of my refrigerator. My refrigerator is very old (17 yrs old) and I really need to buy a new one. He told me it is unfixable and will cost more to have it repaired if ever I would insist on doing it. I trust his judgement because I see its problem.

My refrigerator would not stay cool, so I went to Angie's list and found the company that came highly recommended. The gentleman was great, it was a simple fix, but he had to order the part and promised me it would be in within a 48 hour window. He was back with in the time frame and fixed it quickly and it was great:)

I called the provider in the afternoon, he was available at 10.00 the next day and turned up promptly at 10.00am. He was able to pinpoint the problem and within a half hour, he fixed it. He also gave my husband pointers on how to keep the water fresh and available.

I called him and I explained to him what my washer was doing and he said it sounded like the bearings to him which is very expensive to repair so he advised me to buy a new washer. I appreciated his honesty rather than charging me a fee to come out and diagnose the same thing in person.

He was very helpful, honest and thorough. Took a detailed look at a dryer that could use work and gave us multiple options. In the end, we took his recommendation not to invest more $$ in an older item; appreciated his candor and professionalism.

Our dryer was having issues. It is a bit older, but was costly so we wanted to see about getting it running perfectly again. He opened it up, discovered all that was needed, and gave us his recommendations.

Ray is a very professional individual. He was very accomodating in that he rearranged another appointment, so I could get to Riverbank from the town we live in, to meet with him. He is knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and described what needed to be done to fix it. He ordered the parts while at the house and came back and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The price was very competitive and I was happy with the results.

Very pleased with Priority Plus, as they accommodated my schedule and were out to my home on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate and repaired my washer promptly. I would defiantly call them out again. He even gave me some tips on cleaning and maintenance of the machine that would help the machine perform better down the line!

Washer machine was not draining at all. Priority Plus, came out to the house and got it working again.

I have used this service before so I called Priority Plus when I considered gettting my refrigerator ice maker repaired. It leaked when I turned it on so I quit using it over a year now. So, I get a wild hair and decided I would deal with it. I called Ray and he advised that I should just use ice trays ( which I have relied on for the last year). His advice was that unless you really need the ice maker and everything else is working, do not spend the money. He would come out to take a look at it, if I wanted. This man is incredibly honest and fair. How many servicemen would advise against making themselves some money? I have been through the Sears and other repair rippoffs. You just cannot go wrong by giving this man a call. He is knowledgeable and skilled and far above anybody I have dealt with for honesty.

Ray Surwillo once again outdid himself. The burner on my stove was not working and I immediately thought to call Priority Plus again because they did such a great job on our dryer and later the refrigerator. Good call--in and out in 1/2 hour, very minimal charge. Professional and courteous and more than fair!

I called Ray about the issue, and he was willing to head out right away to see what we needed. He showed up exactly 2 min early, and was ready to work. He was dressed professionally, and acted very courteous. He informed us of the work that needed to be done, and gave us a price right on the spot. He was willing to work with us do do the job in steps. The front seal was the most expensive part, so we wanted to do the smaller, cheaper things first to make sure it was still working before dishing out the big money for a possible unneeded part. He made three total trips to our house to get the job done, in a way that ensured we didn't over pay. I have dealt with repairmen before, and you never know what is going to show up. I can honestly say that Ray is unbeatable, there are some people out there that may do it a little bit cheaper "not by much", but you will not find this kind of quality work anywhere else. He even gives a 30 day warranty. Trust me on this, call Ray, and save yourself some time, and heartache.
Description of Work
We have a Kennmore HE2 front loading washing machine. My wife had shut a sock in the door, it would not unlock, so I jerked the door open, breaking the locking mech, and the lock on the door. We also had a leaking front seal that was torn and needed to be changed.

I am so glad to have found my new appliance repair company! When I contacted Ray, he was able to come out the very next day. His rates are the best around (trust me!), he showed up on time, he was very professional and very nice, and he did a great job. I would definitely recommend him, and will be using him in the future. He was great!

Ray explained that my dishwasher was not installed 100% correctly and the sensors were not lining up, which is why he thought I was having problems. He fixed that and tightened the door for me, and did some other things - which are beyond me because I do not understand appliances! He also answered some other questions I had about my dishwasher and gave me some great tips.
