Premier Interior Finish's license expired in 2008. I reported it to the contractor for them, fortunately, I was able to recover $800 of the $2,000 even though he was not licensed because he wanted to get his license and as long as he had the black mark against him, he couldn't so I agreed to the $800, it was better than nothing. His name was Hugo. It was the neighbor who had done some cabinet work for him and when the guy came over the house, he showed me a whole book of pictures fo the bathroom he has done and it was really good. He gave me a business card and it has his license number on me and foolish me, instead of going to check it, I just went ahead and gave him a thousand dollars down. When he finished it, I just wanted to cry. I could not believe it, I could have done better myself. It was awful so I had somebody come and rip it all out and start all over again. The tiles didn't line up straight and he had chip some of the tiles. He put in a new cabinet with a granite counter-top, he drilled the holes so that there's no way that the faucet could sit down inside it. It was just a mess. Then I had a real contractor come out and look at it and he said "this is what gives us contractors a bad name, this is awful."
Description of Work: I had bathroom remodel. I had a shower put in and tiles all around and ceiling.
