Charles and his son performed a very thorough inspection of our house. During the inspection he had me walk around with him to point out the areas that needed attention. After the inspection Charles reviewed in detail the recommended necessary repairs to pass inspection. Charles and his son performed all repairs as outlined in a professional and timely matter. Final inspection report was sent to me in two days with all corrections noted. I would highly recommend using Phillips for your inspection needs.

I needed an inspection for my refi and Charles came out to do it on a weekend. Scheduling with them was super easy, fast, and straightforward. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. They did find some things that needed to be fixed (which was expected since my house was built in 1976) and scheduled the repairs with a plan to fix the next week. The repairs were done in one day and I am very happy with the results. This is a small business, owner operated which means their service is personal and with customer service in mind.
