We had potty trained our new puppy in home so there were lots and lots of stains from her and Chem Dry was able to get all stains out. He also offered us a free bottle of pet stain removal for future accidents. He was very professional and completed the cleaning very quickly.

I called Phil's because I need my carpet re-stretched as well as
cleaned. They we're able to schedule and appointment quickly and at a
reasonable price. They did a fantastic job and were pleasant and
professional. I called them back out the following weekend to do
another room that we could not do the prior weekend because of the large
fish tank in it. There was a miscommunication about what I wanted done
(carpet stretch), and when I called the office the person who does that
work had gone home. However Misty called him back and he picked up his
tools and came to my house so the job could be completed. They went
above and beyond to help me get the carpet job completed that day. I
would most certainly use them again!
