PPS does Junk Removal, Short Hauling, Light Landscaping, Parcel or Commercial Lot Clean Up, Int/Ext Cleaning of property for seasonal or periodic maintenance needs, getting property ready to be listed for sale or for rental, including Probate, Eviction or Foreclosure Property needs. We have a licensed Real Estate Agent on board to answer any questions in all property transactions, sales, purchase, leasing or rentals. In addition to this, we have independent and licensed Contractors for Handyman work that includes cement, tile/flooring options, painting, roof/gutters and complete home renovation assistance. We are known for getting started on short notice, being very reliable, honest with fair pricing while getting jobs done as fast as possible. If PPS can't help you, I will try to get you someone that can.

Randy and his wife are professionals at getting the job done! They are well organized, friendly, courteous and thorough. They went out of their way to leave the clean-up areas spotless. I would certainly recommend their services and call them back.

Amazing!!!!! If you are looking for someone that you can not only count on and trust, they are the people. They went above and beyond to help us and even cleaned up afterwards. Paladini was great. Explained over the phone the same day i listed the job what i needed, received a verbal quote over the phone, and set the job up. They showed up on time, and fit everything into a single load - and then cleaned up after! Will definitely use them again!

excellent! i had a bunch of stuff in the side yard after tossing it all out of the garage. not only did randy and team respond quickly, they were able to fit my work in immediately. they are very kind and friendly and all the work was done very quickly. i will DEFINITELY contact paladini property services for additional work.

"Hauling requests are often furniture, dismantling to remove from room and assistance with loading/unloading to or from storage units. Most useable household items, furniture are donated to local thrift shops, or given away to needy family's including tenants we support in property management services."

A hoarder left her room she was renting, leaving ALL her belongings behind. She was a HOARDER with just a TINY walkway. The room was FILLED with junk!!!! I called out Paladini's for an estimate to haul away all the junk in the room. He gave me a quote and Randy and his assistant worked hard and diligently, never once taking a break and cleaned out the room completely in 2 hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and I intend on hiring them back for another job.

"We started with a property clear out for family that had poor direction, advice on how to proceed thru a probate sale. My PPS team did an interior clean up, handyman fixes throughout the house, re-built an outside deck that was rotten, light demolition of yards, landscape trim/shape, added bark, watered and got the home in show condition. We arranged quality, cost effective inspection contractors required to sell property and got it sold, all in about a month. Everyone was pleased."
