The service was great. They are personal, and they are very much about serving whatever you need. They do entire service, repairs and everything. They have a waiting room to wait.

Motor Motion did a fine job. They were efficient. They held to their timelines. They were courteous about providing transportation while the car was under service like back to my work and picking me up and that kind of stuff.

We don't go there anymore because it is just too far out for us. We haven't had any issues since the service was provided.

The service was really great. If you don’t have a scheduled appointment they will try their best to fit you in as soon as possible. The people there are very friendly and helpful. If something needs to be repaired, there is no pressure to have it addressed immediately. They are informative about what needs to be repaired.

I think they are overpriced, and I am not going there anymore. The last time I went there, they wanted to charge $3000. I think their work is okay, it is just that they are way too expensive for me. I found another place, and they are a lot better at checking things.

The prices were reasonable. They have a very good Diesel engine mechanic. Shuttle service.

They drove all the way to Sacramento to get the parts for my fuel line. Because of GM deciding to no longer make SAAB's the parts are already becoming scarce. Motor Motion is about professionalism and service and keeping you on the road.
They have a full service shop with shuttle service, coffee, Popcorn, etc.
They have a rewards program for those who are into regular scheduled maintenance as well that give a a very tiny discount, which I find not very rewarding when the bill is as high as mine was. I got 25 bucks credit toward my next maintenance for the $2,500 and that was disappointing. Not very rewarding if you ask me.
Greg and his son Caleb are very professional as well their staff. I enjoy talking with them, like regular people not just some retail clone.
My repair was done with a 30,000 mile warranty or 6month certificate on the Fuel pump/line given to me with the receipt.
Caleb was always giving me an update on the progress.
They always are thankful for patronizing their business. They call you and thank you always. Also they call to check on your car if you haven't been in a while.
I've probably had about 3,000 dollars spent there, and I can't say I am not happy with the work. The car runs great.
They need to dump the rewards program because it's not entirely rewarding and a bit insulting when you get barely a quarter of what you paid into it.

They are way too pricey. I am probably not going there anymore. They wound up saying it would be $3,000 to fix everything and I wound up spending $1,600. Every time I go in there, it is super pricey. It is pricey, pricey and I really can't afford it. I'm not sure there's not something better out there. I don't think the work is real bad but it is always real expensive. The quality is okay but sometimes it feels like it is still rough riding.

They are a little expensive but it was good service. I still have to call them and tell them that something is not working on my gauge but other than that, it was pretty good. I spent $2,000 on the diesel truck and $800 on the other. They are good, reliable and honest. They are a little pricey but it is quality work. He was pretty professional.

I needed to have my battery changed...which was not done at that time. They instead checked the electrical system. Two days later :had to take the car back to have the battery replaced...which is what I had wanted done in the first place. The battery was purchased from them about 2 years ago...and it was a 5 year battery. I was charged an additional 40 dollars for them to take the battery out of the car and clean under the battery...and clean the cables...the tow truck driver had already cleanded the battery cables. Was not called about the additional cost. I would have just had the battery replaced at that time. Pro-rated battery cost 22 dollars.

They replaced the water pump, timing belt and did a valve job on my 2001 VW New Beetle. They are upfront about the cost, accomplished the repair promptly and stand behind their work. When two after market replacement water pumps (from NAPA Auto Parts) they installed failed they installed a genuine Volkswagen water pump all for no additional charge. I have been going to MM for about 7 years. The work is good, Greg and Tom are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I have called them with questions or looking for advice about my cars and they always have something positive to contribute.
