He was really good. He came out and did a good job. One of my parts was under warranty and so he didn’t charge me for that. He only charged me for the service call. He was really good. I have another problem and I will be calling him again. I had to pay for two service calls. The first one was when he came to find out what the problem was and the second one was to bring the part. So I paid him $70 each time which came up to $140 totally. I liked him because he came when he said he would. He went up on the roof and found out the problem. He then came back and told me the part he needed to get. He made an appointment the next day to bring the part over and put it in. So then he did the job. I haven’t had an occasion to call somebody else to do my unit and so I don’t know what the others charge. I assume that’s the standard rate and so I don’t really know. After he’s fixed the part, the unit is still running really well. It’s been six or seven months now. I will definitely use his services again in the future.
