Never met Michelle but Frank is absolutely pathetic. Tries to avoid paying people he subcontracts with. Usually has to be hassled repeatedly to ultimately get him to pay, long after work has been completed. Very sneaky and dishonest, to say the least. You’re taking a big risk if you choose to work with him!

they never finished the project and still owe me items they ordered and that I paid for. they are dishonest. do not use them, you will be sorry. i know of several others who have been burned by Frank and Michelle.
