Merry Maids

It was $500 for an initial deep clean. I thought they were way over priced for the job they did. They did a good job, but I felt like $500 that could have been done for 2 or 3 was not worth it. They were very polite. I would not use them again because I could not afford that. For a clean that was expensive.

They send in a whole crew of ladies and it is like whirlwind thing. Everybody has a specific job they do. Everything gets touched and they do fabulous work. They are quick. They would come at 11 and be done in about 3 hours maybe. The ladies come in a uniform. They have Merry Maid shirts on so you know they are from Merry Maids. That is a good company and I am going to use them soon because my house needs it. They do ceiling fans. They do the floors on their hands and knees but I didn't like that so I told them, "Please don't do that". I thought that was a little too much. They are very reliable. If they said they are coming at a certain day and time, they are there. The cleaning crew is efficient. They don't steal and don't bother anything. They don't touch anything you don't want them to. The house smells so good when they get done not because of the cleaning solution that they use but because of the stuff that they clean out.

Wonderful---they came when they said and they did what we agreed upon---in this case my entire home--including bedding--that's six beds in my house and three bedrooms two baths, parlor, kitchen, fam room and dining room..  When we came home we were so excited to see how nice they made my home look!  Now everything sparkles--including my chandelier!

They worked very hard for little very money.  I would definitely use them again.

This is a very good company overall, and I've been using them regularly for some time. They are a good cleaning service, and I'm happy with their work and professionalism. I'll be using them again in the future.

I agree with the other report.  The level of cleaning was horrible.  The mirrors and glass had streaks left on them - I mean REALLY bad streaks.  The bathrooms and the kitchen was not cleaned as well.  There is one 78-yar old woman living inthe house - how big of a mess can she make????? I would never use them again.

I will not use them again. I had them do a list of things. They could not complete the job on time. The work that they did was unsatisfactory. When I called to talk to the lady, who had been extremely nice to me the day before, she was very quick and short. She asked me what they did and didn?t do at my place. They didn?t do a good job and they were not very nice. I spent about $175 on the job. It was a one-day job. I had left out two rooms that were closed out off because they were being remodeled. When I called back to ask the lady, she was not very nice as she was the day before. She let me know that even if I wanted to complain, there was no problem to them, as they were franchises. She was very unprofessional and not very nice. For the work that they did, their price was very high. The ladies that they sent didn?t know English, and they had to call her for instructions. They were nice ladies, but I couldn?t understand them. They were following her directions. I didn?t like being treated badly by them. It was horrible.
