The delivery guy came, i wanted to tip him so i handed him two twenties (I didn't have any smaller bills), He asked me if i wanted change back, like i would give a $20 tip, i said "Yes, give me back $16" I thought a $4 tip was pretty good, He gave me my change folded up, my 2 yr old was very hungry so i tossed my change in my purse. When i went back to put it in my wallet i found he only gave me $4 and kept $16. Over the next 3 days i left 3 messages for the manager. He never called me once. I was a long standing faithful customer, I understand not being able to get the money back, it would have been nice to just get acknowledged. Very poor management.
