If I could give a zero I would. He came to our house and looked at the washer, dryers and dishwasher. He said he had to order parts and my husband gave him over $500.00 and we have not heard from him since early December 2024. He changed his voicemail saying they had a family emergency and now when you call it says check your number, so it must be disconnected . Do not do business with this company, they have cheated us.

Analyzed problem, serviced what was able to be serviced without a needed part, needs to come back out with a part yet to finish up. Not anticipating a problem with that.

I was really not happy with the guy. It was on a home warranty so I only had to pay $55. He tried to convince me that multiple items on my hot water heater were not up to code and were not covered by the home warranty. He was going to bill me $125 until I called the home warranty company. I have a platinum plan on my home warranty so I called them. As soon as he found out that it was covered, he couldn't find any of the parts. They were going to have to approve the repair which obviously didn't need to happen. It was horrible.
