It went perfectly! They are honest and straightforward. Kruse said all I needed was to replace a spring for about $150. The dealership said it would need to be replaced for $900. They are the most outstanding repair shop I have ever done business with. There are 5-7 stations in there so they can accommodate and get you in and out pretty quickly.

We picked it up the next morning and we got a bill of $4800 to fix an oil leak. It was leaking more oil when he gave it back to us. We weren't very happy with him so we weren't going to use him anymore. The evaluation costed me $130. I was very irritated. I thought it was bad service. My husband didn't notice this but I saw he was very rude. It shouldn't have been worse than when we took it in there.

I can give them a bad time and they can deal with it. They work on everything! Every car name.

They are constantly swamped but that's because they do so much business. So you kind of wish the wait times... Its probably a full day or so to get an oil change because they are looking at the car and they got so many cars coming in and out of there.

The keep records of when your car first comes in over the years so they can go back and look at what was done.

Their price is right in between the two so it's reasonable for the cars that they're fixing.

Brought MB in for yearly service, including oil change, fluid check, systems check, air filter change. Basically service 'B". Dropped off car, was done in one day. No surprises or extra charges. Charges slightly less than the MB dealership here in Modesto. I used to also take my old MB E320 several years ago when I owned that car, and they took good care of that vehicle also.

It was kind of an emergency. I took it in, and I did not have an appointment. They worked it in the day so I could get my car back soon. I am about ready to take my car there again for regular maintenance.
