Everything went well during the job. He was excellent regarding cleanup of the work area.
Like all people having work done, we wished it could have been finished more quickly, but the end result was excellent.
Jeff will do exactly what you want when you hire him, but there are times when you are aware that what you want is not necessarily what he would do if you were not requiring him to do it. We wanted a square plate over our drain and he did not want to install this, but he did so because we insisted. And it turned out beautifully.
My only criticism as a homeowner is that he frequently criticized his employees in front of us and this seemed uncalled for. This kind of criticism should be done in private, if at all.
Jeff's work might cost a little more, but the quality of his work is worth every dollar. If you hire him, you will not be disappointed with the end result.
Wish he had a website where you could see photos of his work. He does not seem to realize how important this is. Women love to look at photos so they know what they will be getting.
