Floors Plus Modesto

This company uses Costco company but charges far above average estimates then 10% off for Costco member.

Overall good experience. I had shopped around and found the same floor for a bit less but the other provider (see my review of Lumber Liquidator) was less than professional and not interested in my business. When I met Patti (manager of Floors Plus), I knew I would be in good hands. Sometimes paying a little more is worth it in the long run. I did need a couple minor tweaks during the installation, but Floors Plus took care of them for me right away with no hassle.

This was an insurance repair after a robbery. Brian worked with the insurance to get the estimate approved. I wanted nicer carpet and thus chose a lower quality pad. Two days prior to installation, I changed my mind and offered to pay the difference. Brian upgraded the pad free of charge! Not only that, Arnold and Joey relocated some very heavy furniture without complaint. Was told it might take two days and it only took one. The carpet is beautiful and has made a huge difference in the house. Thanks so much, Brian and team!

Very good, pleased with job and quality of product.

.They did a horrible job. They left glue on the floor and it won't come off. I called them they told me to use mineral oil and expected me to do it. They said when I called that should have been done before they left. His excuse was his daughter passed away which I understand but if you can't do the work and do it right have another one of your men come out then and do it. I wanted the supervisor to come out and look at it and it has taken along time to get him out here.
