Home Building
Mark Sappenfield is the owner of the company. He is the most honest, trustworthy, hard-working contractor i have ever experienced. His work product is excellent and he is constantly looking for ways to save costs on the project. He consulted on the owner-build out of my home. Then during the last few months, he completed the project as the general contractor. Also, he has done other projects for me in the past, both commercial and residential and completed each project excellently.
