Do not use these guys they said they would send someone out to look at my heating unit because it was blowing cold air and that it would be $59 then they would let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. They never said anything about price or got permission to do anything and charged me $259 dollars because the tech said he has to get paid for his time here. 1 hr later the heater stopped working. I called to get them to come back out as I have an 11 month old baby in the house and need the heater to work. They scheduled the same tech that came out the first time he never called or showed up that Friday so I had to wait until Monday because they are not open on weekends. Called Monday they scheduled the tech to come out that day between 2-4 he never called or showed up again! I called back at 4:05 to see what was going on and to talk to a manager. They called me back today saying they close at 330 and I did not talk to anyone in the office to get a manager. They scheduled a different tech to come out today but said I would have to pay another service fee. None of this sounds right they wont let me talk to a manager they wont refund my money or at least give a discount for other parts that might be needed after over a week of being without a heater. Do not hire these guys they over charge you and they do not care if it works or not!! Save your money and go with someone who will actually fix the problem and help you!!

Sales representative Mike Wallen is a superstar. He listened to my needs and restraints and recommended the perfect system for my situation and budget. In addition, he was able to have the system installed the very next day. I was extremely pleased with the sales process. The installation process was also top notch. Issac, Francisco, and Diego were the ultimate professionals. They seamlessly worked as a team to install my HVAC system and came of with creative solutions to resolve electrical issues that arose during the process. Each of the gentlemen were efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Definitely a top notch team. I definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking HVAC services.

Excellent service and work quality. They came to my house, when my heat pump stopped working. They fixed the unit quickly with a fair price and spend time explaining what they had done. The salesman, Bob, that I worked with was awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The install went very well. They were finished faster than I thought they would be and I am very happy with our service.

Very good conscientious workers. Kept area clean and made sure everything cleaned up after. Got entire system replaced, including duct runs. Said they would remove and replace in one day and they kept their promise. Would definitely hire again.

This was an amazing experience. I met and got an estimate from Bob Palmer who was so kind, caring, and considerate. He gave me not only the lowest, well-structured bid but he did everything everyone else was going to do. Then he threw in discounts because I am a veteran and a wireless thermostat because he really cares. Bob is a veteran also and it made me feel good to work with a fellow veteran. We had been without heat since the New Year and he did not want us to wait. So, he amazingly arranged for the work to be done immediately which was the next day, and even arranged to have us pay out of Escrow since we are selling the house. The crew got here just about 9 am, Well they were just the absolute best. Joe, Justin, and David were like a well-oiled machine. OMG, I can not say enough. They were respectful of the property, polite, professional, amazing in doing their jobs, friendly, efficient, quick, knowledgeable, Covid compliant, no arguments, no fighting, and just the absolute best. They were done just about 12:30 pm and then went over how to use the thermostat like a pro!!! The whole experience was just amazing!!! I highly, highly, highly recommend. There are no words to express my deepest heartfelt gratitude to Derek Sawyer, Bob Palmer, Justin, Joe, and David. Shining stars during these dark times. 20 Stars!!!

These guys came over and gave me a bid. That was very reasonable. But what I’m impressed with the most is the quality of their work. They did not cut any corners. And they came over in one day and it was done.

Arrived on time, cleaned up after work was completed and Iâ ve noticed a difference now that the ductwork and insulation was done. Staying warm longer and seems to be a bit quieter.

The whole process was very quick and painless. They were very knowledgeable and friendly explaining if we had questions.
