Phil is the real deal! He does carful top level work and will go the extra mile to make sure everything turns out correctly. He is a breath of fresh air. Good price for great work! Don’t even bother with anyone else! No risk here at all! I wish all contractors had his work ethic and attitude!

After working with him, I wish I had gone to him first!  Fair price and knows what he is doing!

Contractor came to give an estimate, but did the job right then, cleanly and efficiently. And quickly also!

All work was done very professionally, quick and the contractor cleaned after the work was complete.

Overall the project went smoothly. The work was completed quickly and looks nice. 
There were a couple spots that were a little messy. Also, the painter got paint on our duvet cover. Still working out a resolution to that issue.

Other than the fact that they used a plumber that was not courteous, everything else was a good experience.  I can't wait to have people over now.

Job went great

Mr. Costa was upfont and professional in all communication. Easy to work with for scheduling job and future jobs. He also was ablet o advise on other repairs.

Tenant used water on laminated floor and in some places the floor was popping up. Phil fixed it by carefully cutting out the damaged pieces and used callking to cover empty spaces. It looks very smooth and nice.
The tenant couldn't close the laundry door. I asked three people to fixed it, but none did a good job. Phil adjusted the door and it works.
The shower door was sagging and it couldn't be closed. Phil spend time and find a creative way to fix it.
Works great.

Phil Costa is a fabulous find. From my first phone contact, to my first meeting for an estimate, to actual construction he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable,and honest. Once he started I found him on the job by 8am, very responsive to my questions, more than willing to work with me with new ideas or changes, knowledgeable in all aspects of construction,and a true craftsman in his work. Once he started, he stayed on the job until finished, stayed on budget, and on time. I can't say enough positive things about Phil. I would highly encourage anyone with a home project or remodel to hire Phil.

He came and gave me a bid but I wasn't real keen on what he had to say. He came over and looked at one of my places and said he was going to give me a bid, but I never heard from him again and I never got a bid from him again. He gave me a bid on one of my other places but he never did get back to me on the place I was interested in doing. I feel that it would have been more professional of him if he would have at least let me know that that place was beyond his realm. I didn't think he was one of the more professional people. Maybe he needs to do smaller jobs but that was a big job I had him look at. It was a reasonable quote for the place that he did quote me, but perhaps the other place scared him off because he never did give me a quote on that one. I never did hear back from him. He did not follow up. He never called me on the quote that he did give me. It was a good price. He was very punctual.

He did such a great job! I love my bath. Not only did redo my bath but also provided me with bars to help me get around. I absolutely love my new bath!

Phill was Very Proffessional ! Final cost was the same as original quote, he was punctual, and finished when he said he was going to finish! We purchased the supplies and selected our own trim and garage colors. Phil matched the original paint to the house perfectly! Phil was very easy to talk to, very patient and flexible with scheduling times and dates to match our busy work schedules. We have used General Contractors before, and there always seem to be some sort of issues with price, times, delays, hidden costs, and overall satisfaction with the end job. When I say we had litterally no issues with Phil, it sounds odd, but we were more than happy with everything from start to finish! We have several other small jobs we need to tackle, and we will use his services again most definitely !!!

He is honest, punctual, professional and thorough. He will tell you straight up if he can't do the job and will even refer you to someone else who does.

Phil was among the list of and quot;handymenand quot; I called to have stop by for an initial meeting so I could assess compatibilities. (Services offered, skill sets, attitudes and personalities) On the voice mails for all of the prospective professional construction service providers I left a message which included and quot; I have a major home repair and remodel project in which there are things I can do myself, things with which I need help and things I need doneand quot;. A few of the candidates removed themselves from consideration by never responding to the message. Several more answered the call, agreed to a meeting then were never heard from again. A couple were general contractors who to me seemed to feel their plans for my home superseded my visions and I should be grateful they would even indulge me by listening to the babble.

On the other hand, Phil, returned my call, made arrangements to meet, at the agreed upon time, Phil arrived. Phil is professional and polite. Phil did recall the and quot; I have a major home repair and remodel project in which there are things I can do myself, things with which I need help and things I need doneand quot;. portion of my message. After a brief dialogue we determined due to my desired time frame, the scope of the project and the prior commitments which Phil had additional manpower would be best. Phil gave me the contact information for some other tradesmen and we began the work. As with any remodel there are behind the wall or under the floor surprises. We have encountered our share, as each issue was discovered a remedy was found that kept the integrity of my vision for the home intact while not blowing up the bank.
The project is not yet complete, we are on the and quot;home stretchand quot; (pun intended) and it will be very gratifying to know I found someone with whom I was able to develop an almost instant rapport and whom is truly a team player that without whom I doubt the vision for the neglected house becoming My Home could have been realized.
Phil, thank you is not enough.

He was one of the best contractors I have had in this area. He did and does excellent work at a reasonable price. He is just a quality and excellent contractor.
