Cornerstone Pest Management

My recent experience was truly disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer for over seven years, this year, I faced severe pest issues both inside and outside my home, which was a first-time occurrence since I've lived here. While I had never required extra services in the past, I was initially unconcerned because re-service was an included benefit "supposedly" ;However, I soon discovered that is not part of the wonderful service they claim to offer. Before scheduling my service last month, I inquired about available options to address the problem because it was getting out of control. They suggested indoor service, but with five animals, this was a difficult choice as we would all need to vacate the premises for 4-5 hours. So, I decided to research if outdoor cleaning would be effective. It seemed promising, so I hired a company to power wash my house, spending $1500 in hopes of eliminating pests settled in areas I can't see. Unfortunately, I still had a few issues, but great news was it was particularly only in the backyard. Frustrated by the ongoing problems, I reached out to Diane at Cornerstone to schedule a service and get the situation under control before it worsened. To my surprise, she made me feel it was my fault because I didn't do indoor service but that was option not mandatory so if I needed a extra service I'm now charged an additional $54 charge(I've attached her email) I couldn't help but feel that this was misleading, especially given my months of complaints about spiders and ants and her response not to worry it is covered until it is under control. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied after years of loyalty. It is just sad how many companies don't care about loyalty from us in a time where the economy is so bad that we work hard for the luxury of even wanting pest free homes. JUST SAD! There is so many companies so now looking for one who will appreciate my loyalty.

They are very good. I am very happy with them. They are new for me. I have not used them prior. I've been using them for six months. They notify me the day before by e-mail and by phone. I have the opportunity to let them know if I have any observations of the pests that I need them to know about. I may not be here when they come. They are very responsive to my communication. I said that I saw ants in my walkway in the front. They were sure to come and address that. They didn't wait to come the next month. They came the next day. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I have been using Cornerstone Pest Management now for almost one year. I have found that Stephen is a very personable and reliable individual to work with. I originally brought him out to solve a rodent problem in my garage. He explained to me some of the things that were attracting the rodents and told me how to remedy the problem. He then set traps and made a number of follow-up visits to check on them. I was so impressed with his concern and dedication that I hired him for full monthly service. I have found him to be dependable and very thorough, and OBTW I haven't had to deal with rodents or any other types of pests since. He always notifies us the day prior to his service. His monthly service consists of spraying the exterior of our house and cleaning any webbing around the eaves. He is a true professional.

They are very good. I already paid them for the year and by doing that, I got a discount. The only thing about them compared to the others is that the others would come out and spray if I am not home whereas with them, they always prefer the homeowner to be home when the spray. They did an excellent job. I had so many ants before with my previous pest guys but this one is just much more thorough. The price is comparable to the one I was using before. They call me to set up an appointment and I haven't had them come out at any other time.

I have seen no ants. They always do a good job. He always prefers someone is home when he comes. He is really good in working with schedules. He has been very conscientious. The price is competitive.
