It could not have gone better. The technician showed up a few minutes early, was very polite, very competent, and totally solved my problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a computer problem.

I had crashed my computer and had to go back and reinstall everything from two years ago, including my recent move to internet service. After 3 sleepless nights and trying to re-enter and fine-tune EVERYTHING, I decided to bite the bullet and call a tech. Looking in the yellow pages, I found a Microsoft Certified Tech in business for over 25 years. Called him before 7 a.m., talked about my problem, he told me his prices ($50/hr. with a $150 max.), and he was at my door by 8:30 a.m. the same day (a Saturday).
