I TOLD THEM THAT IF THE PROBLEM WAS IN THE HARD DRIVE THEN I WOULD JUST BUY THE PART. THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD A VIRUS IN MY COMPUTER. WHEN I GOT THE COMPUTER BACK IT WAS STILL DOING THE SAME THING THAT IT WAS DOING WHEN I SENT IT IN.
