cable tv service
 + -1 moreI contacted the Comcast office in Modesto and explained our problem. I was told that they would send out the service Tec to investigate and gave me an appointment date and time frame. We were called the day before the scheduled appointment to reconfirm that someone would be home during the specified time frame. The technician arrived in a timely manner and asked us to explain the issues we were having. Because of the conversation we had with the local Comcast office, he also brought a new DVR cable box with him. His investigation confirmed it was a cable box issue. He installed the new box, and helped us with the set-up, and everything is working great now. He also had the courtesy of putting on shoe covers so that he did not soil our light colored carpets. Great job overall by all with whom we came in contact.
Description of Work: We were having service issues with our TV cable that we could resolve on our own, even with guidance from the Comcast office.
