 + -1 morel I have gathered the TV's owners manual and serial # and intend on going into the shop and demand my TV. I want all reading this to never go to City Electronics in Modesto CA
Description of Work: City Electronics took my Sony LCD TV late last year. I have called 4 times, I at first called to see what the status of repair & cost. The person didn't know, said they would call me. I did not receive call back. I called 3 more times with no answers or call back. I fear they have lost/damaged my TV & I'll never see it again.

 + -1 moreI had an excellent experience with this company. My TV is very heavy and I could not get into the car myself. City Electronics came to my home and checked it with a computer. They found that the problem was a glitch within the TV's internal computer system, and were able to fix it without taking it apart. If it had needed to be taken to the shop for repair the $29 home visit charge I had paid would have counted toward the total cost of the repair. I will certainly use them again if I have any more problems.
