l I have gathered the TV's owners manual and serial # and intend on going into the shop and demand my TV. I want all reading this to never go to City Electronics in Modesto CA

I had an excellent experience with this company. My TV is very heavy and I could not get into the car myself. City Electronics came to my home and checked it with a computer. They found that the problem was a glitch within the TV's internal computer system, and were able to fix it without taking it apart. If it had needed to be taken to the shop for repair the $29 home visit charge I had paid would have counted toward the total cost of the repair. I will certainly use them again if I have any more problems.
