From the prompt arrival of Daniel Bote for a quote, to the crew lead who knocked on the door every morning to let us know they were starting, and in the afternoon to let us know they were leaving and when they would arrive the next day, to the final clean up, these guys were consummate professionals. They explained everything, left us a nicely stacked pile of branches for firewood, cleaned up our yard, our neighbor's yard, and took care of the sprinkler heads. Their price was extremely reasonable for all the men and equipment involved. I was sorry to kill off such big trees, but the neighbor's roof is covered with moss, our gutters were crammed, and our front yard and roof was covered with dropped needles and branches because Sequoia don't handle the heat down here in the Valley. When we sent out the flyer warning everyone, several of our neighbors said they'd lived in fear of them for years every time it got windy. So it was time. If you have to get rid of huge trees, this is the crew. They removed the branches, cut down the trees in segments, ground the stumps, and removed the chipping and sawdust. Great company!

Description of Work: Trimmed all our really big trees. Cut down 5 sucker trees. I wish they could/would have cut the trunks down a lot further . And I wish they would have offered to drill the holes needed so that I could start the killing processes. I would have paid for that if they would have offered it to me. They also lowered my fountain feature in my yard but didn't put it back up. They cleaned up great & we're on time. Very courtesy but I think the contract info should have been rewritten by the estimator before they came. Because my copy & theirs was very hard to read due to the change orders I made with the estimator before the job was started. I couldn't read my copy even. But I will use them again & just make sure that both parties can read & understand that was discussed is clear along with the amounts. Should take credit cards. Due to I like to earn reward points. We pay off our credit card every month & try to use where we can get rewards. The apple square payment item is a great tool. Central Valley comp. can attach this small piece to an iPhone slid my card & email me the receipt. An only pay 2% for the service per month. I was very happy with their service & info they provided me.

+ -1 moreFirst of all, I find it appalling that some people have such little reguard as to grade an and quot;Fand quot; simply because their inquires were not reciprocated. I would rather judge according to the actual work accomplished. Daniel and his crew have performed several landscaping tasks for me and my neighbors. They have proven to be expert at removing large trees as well as trimming and stump removal. I have a large property and have relied on Central Valley Landscape for many years.
Description of Work: Removed several full sized eucalyptus trees.

Description of Work: I called to ask for a quote for our backyard requirements including laying sod, removal of 3 dead oleander and a general cleanup. I was advised they are no longer doing residential work, only commercial. The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and I appreciated her letting me know their status. So if you are looking for residential work skip this one!

+ 0 moreExcellent! We've used the services of this company on two different occasions. We received personalized service and recommendations on which trees to save. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable. He hates to remove a tree, but sometimes there is no other choice. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the yard nice and clean. We felt the price for the work completed was very reasonable.
