Car Tech Synergy

I took my car for them to replace its engine due to overheating. I was told it was supposed to take two weeks, but instead it took a whole month and cost me almost $3000. At first they told me there would be a lifetime warranty on the engine. But when the job was done they told me the temperature gauge was still overheating and needed to be replaced as well, or else the warranty would not apply. They broke my air duct hose and PVC valve, and used some gray duct tape around the hose. It made my car not able to pass smog check and cost me an additional $200 to replace the damage to make my car pass.
I am not happy at all with this dishonest auto repair business. They were irresponsible and lacked the employees to fix my car in a timely manner. I hope other Angie's List members will be warned before going to Car Tech Synergy.

Took our Dodge MiniVan into Car Tech with an oil leak. Yashar first looked for the leak, then called me back the same day with an estimate. I had told him that I didn't want to spend a bundle since the car had 240k on it. The leak was from the head gasket and he estimated the work @ $600. He did the work in the time frame he quoted and I drove it home.
After a couple of days the wife noticed more leaking under the Dodge so I called Yashar back and he said to bring it back in. He took a look and said that it was leaking from the same place and evidently the gasket was bad. He said to bring it back in. Took it back in and he fixed it with no hassles.
Yashar stands behind his work and is good to work with. I would definitely recommend Car Tech and will continue to bring my vehicles back to them.

They know what they are doing. They do not rip you off. They are honest and do the right thing. If they do not have to do a repair, they will tell you. They always want to help the customer.

Overall, my experience was excellent. They are very honest; the most honest car repair place I have found. He even honored a competitor's coupon. The work was excellent, no follow-up required. I have already been recommending them. The owner's name is Mostafa Nazi. He is very knowledgeable about all makes and models of cars. I have had nothing but great experiences with him.
