The house has a flat roof section and a peaked roof section, and neither have crawl spaces. I wanted to hang ceiling fans so I needed electricity in the ceiling in five rooms. Because there was no crawl space, these lines had to be installed on top of the wall rather than inside the walls themselves. Terry was recommended by another Angie's List electrician. He came by within 2 hours of my call and walked through the rooms with me. He gave me a fair estimate. We scheduled the work and the job was complete in less than a week from the time of my call. An employee did the work and was prompt, knew his job and was prepared to do all of the work. The job took two days to complete, and I was happy with the work. Cost $750 In the process of talking to Terry, we decided that his worker would come back when my roof was being replaced so that they could wire up a kitchen light fixture and a large ceiling fan/light fixture in the living room. Terry coordinated times with the roofer, and had the job completed while not inconveniencing the roofers. I now have light in my kitchen and a fan in the living room that I love, and that I thought I couldn't have. Cost $200 I'm one of those crazy people who doesn't like to see a television set unless I'm actually watching it. So I asked that a plug be installed in the closet of my bedroom so that the television could go in there. There were several complications with the switch for the ceiling fan and the electricity for the plug. All were addressed in minutes, and I now have a television in the closet as well as a switch on the wall that runs my ceiling fan.
