The 3 guys who did the actual work were great guys. Owner never told them what was to be trimmed. Guys worked overtime to finish job and relayed to me that they weren't getting paid after 2pm as Mike had called and told them they should have been already. When I said there was supposed to be a bucket truck they said the truck is in the shop and had been for about a week. We feel Mike lied just to sign up a paying job, regardless of what he tells the prospective client. Hook, line and sinker.
