A1 was there on time he informed us every step of the way on what needed to be done Even tho he charged me 100$ to do the work I gave him 130.00 . Very nice guy I’m happy with the work that was performed thank you for coming on a short notice god bless

It was difficult install as ordered slightly too tall. He was able to utilize tools to install.

I called another Angies List provider. He was backed up for several weeks, so he referred me to A-1. I called, and John K**** (the contractor) answered on his cell phone, and we discussed the project. Yesterday ( a few days later), he called and asked if he could install the Fan on that day. Sure!
He arrived promptly, and opened up the Fan box, only to find that the instructions were poorly written (and incomplete). After analyzing what was there (and not wanting to cut one of the joists to install this Fan), he ran out to buy a board for cowling it into place. He cut the board to fit, and hammered the Fan into place. Then he wired the circuit into an on/off switch in the hallway. Finally, he laid out some tarps, and cut-out a 28x28and quot; square in the ceiling, and attached the louvers.
Click . . . air zoomed in from all the opened windows. I used it and quot;for realand quot; this morning. Even though it was 63 degrees out this morning, the interior temperature dropped from 75 to 71 degrees (so, most mornings will be even better)... and brought in more fresh air than I have ever had before. He did the major clean-up, and was finished within 4 hours (including the 45 minute trip to Home Depot for the board).
He is polite, quick and focused on the job. What's not to like about that?
I have another project (in a bathroom) that I will have done in a few months. I plan to call A-1 when that day arrives.
