Price: 3D Plumbing charged for travel time because he left the tool he needed to complete job at his office. Since we wanted him to complete the job and leave and not go another day; we was charged for his failure to bring the appropriate tools.
Quality: 3D Plumbing open a wall in the master bedroom to gain access to the master bath shower plumbing and to repair the leaking pipe. After opening the wall and repairing the pipe; we was told he did not do texturing so he just repaired the opening without texturing it. He also, when putting the shower stall back together; used colored or white chalking because he ran out of the clear chalking.
Responsiveness: It was our fault (the customer) the reason we wanted the job completed by the date we agreed to. His leaving his tools and supplies was our fault because he could have come back the next day to make the necessary repairs. However, it was costing us financially each day he took to repair the bath beyond the agreed upon date.
Punctuality: 3D Plumbing was late in starting the work.
Professionalism: 3D Plumbing stated he much rather put in water softener/treatment systems than to do plumbing.
Overall Experience: As stated lousy. We have had to have another plumber re-do the work previously completed by 3D Plumbing. We will not ever do business with this company, nor recommend them to anyone.
He is always there within the half hour, available and answers his phone anytime, friendly and respectful/professional.
Pretty affordable, although the only thing I didn't have him do was install a new water heater because he quoted $1000 , I went and bought one myself for $350 and paid a friend 100$ to install it. I'm not sure if he would have done something differently , but the new water heater has been working great the way my friend did it, and only took less than an hour to put in. It's always good to shop around when you can, but for most things durrel @ 3d plumbing seems to be very affordable.
