The contractor seems nice and well responded to my questions like all the feedbacks from other customers here. He was trying to be helpful. However, one week passed, I did not receive a quote, follow up with text. The contractor was apologetic and said he will catch up with my quote, promised I will receive next week. Followed up again, then never heard back. I don't know how I suppose to think about this? I was very open about my scope of work when I called, if it's too small, and its not worth your efforts, please let me know. Don't feel you have to make the visit. But he chose to visit, and chose to have discussion with me, but chose to not to offer a quote, especially I offered two sets of drawings, and detailed list of renovation tasks to help him capture all the details to prevent any miss-understanding. What else I can do to be helpful and respectful to a contractors ? I understand every business serves the right to refuse to serve certain customers, and wonder what that criteria was when he choose his customer? Different skin color makes him uncomfortable? My overly-simple household make him uncomfortable?

Two thumbs up for Timeless Touch Home Remodeling Company!  From the moment Jerimy showed up to see the job and give us an estimate, we knew we had found our contractor.  He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and made some good suggestions.  Each day he and his father showed up when they said they would, and both were utterly skilled and professional. Also appreciated how they tidied up at the end of  each workday.  The job was finished the day they promised, and we?re thrilled with it.  Would highly recommend them!

Jeremy had a few great ideas (recessed shelves) that we hadn't considerred. Timely and spot on estimate. Showed up on time and completed the work in the timeframe indicated on the estimate. Very professional. They take great pride in their work and won't move to the next task until it's done to their satisfaction. The texturing is sometimes difficult to match, especially when adding it to half of the wall. It looked good to me, but not Jeremy. He spent another hour on it, until it was perfect. We plan to use them for our bathroom remodel.

Jerimy Boyd did an outstanding job...again. His company installed our bamboo floors, tiled an entry, electrical work, and installed media. So, when it was time for the kitchen we called him again. He guided us every step of the way from concept and design to product selection and installation. He helped recommend quality cabinets and a granite supplier. He is thorough and an excellent craftsman. It shows in his work and the final product. We love the kitchen....not just because it is new, but because it is built well. He demo'd old Oak cabinets replacing them with new. His supplier, while costing less than some of the higher end cabinets at big box stores, are imo a terrific value and a good find. The cabinets are soft touch, solid wood with full wood backing. He installed more than 50 pulls, glass doors. They added new electrical with dedicated lines and outlets in each cabinet so we can add under cabinet lights using our hue system. They put in a new sink, faucet, disposal, and moved the RO unit, while leaving hook ups for an espresso machine we can plumb in at later date. They even helped us save some money on painting by scheduling drywall work just before a weekend so we could do the painting, which we did. He even picked up some additional insulation and put in the attic above while the ceiling was open as I was insulating attic over the kitchen. They kept everything very clean, protected the floors, and taped a sealed the room off to keep dust to a minimum. Perhaps, his signature touch was his recommendation to frame in a bay window we have over the sink. He color matched the frame and sill to match the color of the cabinets. It's beautiful. We hadn't thought of that, but it really added something special.

We highly recommend Timeless Touch/Home Remodeling. Jerimy and his dad Howard did an excellent job on our addition and remodel. They help with decorating ideas. They are multitalented and do all their own work and do not subcontract. They do the electrical, plumbing, painting, demo, and beautiful high quality cabinetry. They always leave our home in order and as clean as
possible when they leave each day. When we need work done on our home in the future we would not hesitate to use
Timeless Touch/Home remodeling.. If you require a verbal recommendation or would like to ask us questions please have
Jerimy contact us and we would be glad to give you more information.

Jerimy did a tremendous transformation of our kitchen! After being referred to him and finding out his background of building and installing cabinets we were hooked. He's been installing cabinets since he was 10 years old. He used all kinds of and quot;tricks of the tradeand quot; to quickly demo, touch up, install, and finish putting in solid wood cabinets from Premium Cabinets in Oceanside, Ca-BTW THEIR REVIEW IS NEXT, great quality/priced products! :)
He's very thorough with the entire process, communicated any challenges along the way, allotted for them in his bid, and has followed through with everything he said he would. And most important to us, he did it in his quoted time frame and UNDER budget!
We've got tile and counters going in next week and then we're done! Thank you Jerimy for your extremely hard work!

Is this a business or not? No live voice to answer the phone. I left two phone messages and an email on their website which states someone would get back within a day. They never called. I don't care how busy you are, it only takes a minute and some common courtesy to call someone and say they can or can't take new business. We wanted a bathroom remodel, new bannisters, tile and carpet. Could you imagine this kind of treatment if your job is already started? I am running and using someone else.

"[member name removed], I am sorry we were unable to do business togehter. I apologize for the delay in responding to you. I did send you an email which stated I was out of town at the time you contacted me, however you never responded. Yes, we are a business. A small family operated business. We dont have a secritary to answer our phones and I apologize again for that. We do not make it a habit of not returniing emails or calls. Unfortunately we cant meet you the day you call and start your project the next day. We are booked months in advance and are very lucky to have a great referral group of wonderful patient customers willing to wait for quality. Nowadays with all the fly by night unlicensed contractors scheming and taking the money of unsespecting homeowners, we are in high demand. However we only do one job at a time. This assures that every project gets are utmost attention, and we do not leave until the customer is 100 percent satisfied. Again I apologize I got back to you a few days too late. I hope you found a reliable contractor who was able to start yoour project exactly when you wanted them too. and that everythng worked out good for you. Thank you for your review. We appreciate all the feedback, wether positive or negative."

We've renovated two other homes from top to bottom but nothing to the extent of this project. We remodeled and repaired everything in this 40 year-old home except for three rooms in this house. Timeless Touch was referred to us with high recommendations from our realtor. Jerimy Boyd is the owner/operator of this company and he is honest, hardworking and takes pride in his workmanship. He looked after all the permits with the City, the headaches with the Homeowner's Association and started this project off on the right foot. We built a 2nd story addition over the garage, a 1st story addition in the entrance and created a grand foyer, which increased our living space by just under 700 square feet.
We just bought a home that had been flipped by an investor who and quot;remodeledand quot; the home by using cheap granite and just resurfaced the kitchen cabinets by putting another coat of paint on the door but left the 1970's interior intact. We decided to rip everything out except for the hardwood floors and build an addition over the garage to gain two more bedrooms and a bathroom, along with an addition to extend the foyer and den. This was an engineering feat because of all the footings we had to put in to support the 2nd story addition and removing load bearing walls to make the kitchen an open-concept design. Our real estate agent recommended Jerimy Boyd at Timeless Touch, who worked with us from start to finish by recommending a competent structural engineer/architect, getting all the permits and dealing with the Home Owner's Association on my behalf. What I liked about this contractor was that they did all the work themselves vs. hiring a bunch of subcontractors, came on time every day 7:30-4:30 and cleaned up everything each day. My neighbors would come over and always comment on how they appreciated our house not looking like an eyesore, unlike most other construction sites. Timeless Touch guarantees all workmanship and I've appreciated working with Jerimy and his crew because they are honest and respectful of the home that they are working in ( I've experienced 6+ contractors who have smoked inside our other homes, defiled the restrooms, and ruined our linens while wiping their under-washed hands). I would recommend Timeless Touch because I plan on using them again for future home projects. This is a relationship I'd like to keep whereas in the past, I used to always say, and quot;good riddance!and quot; after a project was completed by my other contractors.

My husband and I bought a short sale and Jerimy from Timeless Touch came by to give us an estimate on a kitchen remodel. Not only did he quote a reasonable price, he gave us ideas for what we could do, many of which we ended up adding to the project. The final remodel looks incredible. Jerimy and his crew were punctual, professional, honest and trustworthy at all times. We highly recommend Timeless touch for any remodeling work you might need done!

They were prompt, and courteous. Jerimy responded quickly to phone and text messages. They notified me of any issues that came up. We found after they removed the wall to wall carpeting, that there was a 1 1/4 inch bump in the subfloor. They discussed possible solutions and proceeded to a perfect outcome. They cleaned up daily which was great because we were living in the house during this process. We loved having Jerimy, Josh, Howard, Brian, and Tad here doing this work. We will definitely have them back anytime we need work done.
