 + -1 moreThere was a lot of back and forth with the company. We weren't able to communicate with the workers to correct minor details while they were on the job. We would have to wait on the owner to show up and pass along our wishes - even though the instructions were very clear from the beginning. After the work was done, it looked unprofessional. We had them drywall over the whole left from the fireplace that was taken out, and make a cutout for shelving. I went and got the shelving wood myself to insure it was what I wanted, along with the stain. When I showed up for the final inspections, the shelving was not clean cut and did not go all the way to the wall - leaving a 1/8" - 1/4" gap on either said of the shelf. The work was reasonably priced. Yet, that comes with contingencies. Do not expect them to be creative or get it done right the first or second time.
Description of Work: The company was hired to demo the fireplace in our new home, and build a wall over the demoed space.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CONTRACTOR, CHARLES. WE TOOK TIME OFF OF WORK TO BE HOME FOR THE DEMO AND HE CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE 3 TIMES. ONCE, HE DID NOT EVEN CALL US.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY CAME AND DEMOED OUR BACKYARD FOR A NEW POOL. THE USED A BOBCAT TO DIG THE POOL IN OUR BACKYARD. THE PRICE INCLUDED HAULING AWAY OF OLD CONCRETE AND DIRT.
