It was okay. I have one issue with them. They were working to put water system to my washing machine. They damaged the wall. They have nothing to do with the installation. Initially they don't want to fix it but they fixed it anyway.

Workers showed up on time. Introduced themselves and went over the work to be done. They were personable, friendly but all business. They put their heads down and got to work. Advised me along the way of additional things that needed fixing and consulted with me on things I could change for the better. Finished slightly ahead of schedule. They installed quality fixtures which will last a long time.

Great, work was done in one day except for patching drywall which was done the day of final inspection.

Whole process went very smooth. In and finished in a day. I had many of the walls and ceilings needed to run the PEC already open as I was undergoing major repairs from water leak. It would have taken longer if I had not done this. Repair of the walls / ceiling following installation was quick; good clean up following the job. I had to change the install date several times because of the removal of asbestos from my garage where the main PEC run from my water main to the house took place. Jim Fish, the Repipe salesman, was very accomodating in arranging this. The cost of this repipe was in line with several bids I got. The list of customers that were provided as reference was very helpful.

Piping crew was the most unprofessional set of contractors I have ever worked with. They initially put down plastic and dust protection; however, then proceeded to do work in in areas no covered by the plastic in an area completely different from where they said they were going to be working. This resulted in my bed and all of my clean laundry getting covered in insulation and dust. Crews did not follow directions and had an utter lack of attention to detail. When the left for the day after "completing" the repipe all of my shower faucets were leaking having never previously leaked. They also crushed one of my steel AC Ducts in the attic and I only found out when i started investigating why my bedroom was not cooling down. They did ultimately repair the AC Duct and the leaky faucets but I should have never been having to complain about these issues to begin with.

The repipe crew was really friendly and professional, but I was a little frustrated by the initial estimate. It was a totally reasonable and cheap quote, which was welcome, with the PEX being a little cheaper than copper. (Obviously I can't speak to that decision until several years have passed, but hopefully it was a good choice.) But the person who came told me that they would not be able to address outgoing pipes, though I knew those needed work. Fair enough. But then the crew showed up and they did want to change out the outgoing pipes. I think their quote for that work was fair (about double what I was intending to pay initially) but it's frustrating to have something that major sprung on you after there are holes in the walls, etc, rather than being able to get multiple estimates for the job. What's more, they only replaced a portion of the outgoing pipes, so now I don't know if I'll need more work done in the near future. The second ding on them is that they only sent one guy to patch all the holes in our 2-story house. He was a really sweet and diligent person, but a job that should have taken half a day took 3. Lastly, there was a bit of trouble with the followup. I had a couple drips in the house that were concerning, even if not necessarily the sign of bigger issues, and some rust stains as well coming through the patch work. Overall, I think they were cheap and efficient, which is great. Just a couple issues that made me frustrated.

Repipe specialists worked with our general contractor to reduce price for items to be covered by our contractor in the process of the remodel (some of the piping, drywall repair, etc.) They completed in less than a day.

Very well, the installers showed up on time they were very professional, the job was completed the same day. The clean up was excellent. The patching crew were on time & were finished in a few hours. The clean up was also excellent.

I am very happy with the work performed as a result of our contracting with Repipe Specialist. The only caution is that the workers they use are not their employees. They contract outside shops to do the work. In our case, the work was done by Pipe-It-Right and we were very happy with them. The crews were hard working, worked well together, were considerate of our needs, and did a good job cleaning up. You might want to call Pipe-It-Right directly and see if you can save a few dollars. That said, we are very happy with the work we contracted through Repipe Specialist.

They showed up on time in the morning and finished the job in one day (3500 sq. feet house) and were very professional with as little disturbance as possible. They did everything which was in the contract. The drywall people came a couple of days later after inspection and finished the job satisfactory.

A great job overall! The estimate process was informative and friendly. The crew arrived on time and even finished the process a little early. They cleaned everything up. The patch crew came the next day (which was great, as I had lots of big holes in my walls) and did a spectacular, totally professional job. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

It went very well! The workers showed up at around 7am and were done by mid afternoon. They were friendly and informative. They did a great job repairing any and all holes that needed to be made for access to the piping. It has been a year since the job was done and we are still very happy.

Salesman came and acted like he was a plumber but he wasn’t as they contract out their services which is why they charged almost twice as much as repipe companies. I would not use them as they are way too expensive.

On time, as agreed to, Very organized and efficient. Patched inside and outside. Recommend highly.

Repipe specialists do what they say and i am satisfied with the result. Only now i have to paint the walls, and i hate to paint, oh well

Very smooth and fast

It went very well. The crew showed up on time, finished in a day and cleaned up very well. The next day the plaster guys came and patched up all the holes. I'm very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It was a flawless experience!

Initial contact with Liz was stellar -- she took a lot of information down, and she was very professional. We had great feeling about Repipe, and waited for someone to contact us to schedule an appointment for an estimate. A couple days passed, and nobody called us. There was a claim that two voicemails were left -- that was not true. Neither my brother nor I had received one. We were assured that someone would call us, and indeed, a person named "C" (not giving the full name for privacy) scheduled Monday evening with us. When I texted him an hour prior to the appointment to re-confirm, he said that he could not make it, and that we should try again the following evening. I never heard back from him since despite multiple texts. This is such a shame. The company that gave us the best impression has become one of the companies we will no longer consider for our work. "C" has been quite unprofessional and our time was wasted.

Everything went well. We got many estimates, and although they were not the lowest price, we chose this company because of the estimator John, he explained everything quickly, clearly and made sure I understood. Everyone we dealt with was professional and did a great job. We had 1 tiny problem with the bathroom vanity drawer not fitting properly, I called Telma, told her what was happening, she said she had someone in the area and she had someone there in 30 minutes to fix it. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this kind of service. They took a scary scenario and made it painless.

My wife and I have been homeowners for 35 years, and Repipe Specialists were probably in the top three contractors with whom we have ever dealt. The initial informational session that they provided when we first sought to determine whether we needed to re-pipe and what would be entailed was extremely informative and helpful. That very first meeting gave me confidence in this company. When we decided to proceed with Repipe Specialists, they were able to start the job in the next week. They completed the re-pipe in one day, which was quite impressive, and the patching of all of the holes and texture matching in two days. They also made an effort to minimize any damage to cabinets, etc., by going through outside walls when they could do so. My wife and I were home the entire time, and we were very impressed with the friendliness and the diligence of both work crews. Believe me, these guys really work hard. We had a couple of things that needed to be fixed after the job, and these guys were very responsive in taking care of any minor issues. They also handled all the permit issues and were always available to answer questions. We are very pleased that we had this work done and very happy we went with Repipe Specialists. I thought the price was fair and all the arrangements and the work was handled in a very competent and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Repipe Specialists to any one considering a re-pipe.

It was done very fast, one day for repipe and one day for patch work.

The house is on raised foundation and has only 1 bathroom which is in-between the laundry room and kitchen so it was a smaller job overall. The repipe extended from the main water meter to the entire house. A combination of PEX and copper was used for the repipe. PEX is a little less money, quieter and require fewer fittings. The Sales person (John) was on-time, explained the options and answered all our questions. We signed the contract the same day. It took awhile to get on the calendar to get the work done, almost a month. It was explained that they were really busy. Once the date was scheduled though, the crew showed up on time and in full force. The job was completed in one day and the water turned back on. The job was done on a Friday and the inspection was scheduled for the following Monday. Everything passed inspection and the inspector stated that the company did a really good job. A couple of days later, the drywall person came out and repaired the walls and stucco (drywall, patch and texture - no paint). He did an equally good job and finished within the day. Everyone I dealt with were professional, on-time with very good communication. The only improvement I would recommend is that the warranty be sent out to customer after completion of the repipe project without needing to call and specifically request. After requesting the warranty, I received within 2 days - so no issues except having to call & request the warranty.
