Door Service, General Remodeling
After the new front door (2 sections: passive and active) were installed, it was apparent that the active wing of the door is crooked. The supervisor/co-owner (?) arrived and after taking numerous measurements told installers to remount the active wing of the door. The next day they reinstalled the door making new holes in the frame and moving the lock hardware. As a result there is an offset and a gap between two parts of the door and visible patching of the lock opening. The salesman arrived the day after and asked what we want to do. I told him that we want new, straight door; we did not hear from him since.
