REGENCY REAL ESTATE BROKERS

This agent and his broker are ruthless and dishonest. I am an 89 year old man who moved in with a friend of over 45 years to care for her. When she broke her hip her niece prevented me from seeing her and put her condominium up for sale. 1) I was not given a proper legal 30 day notice to move 2) When I did not move out immediately, the agent Steve Ruiz showed up without notice, and removed the 2 refrigerators and the washer and dryer. 3) I was told but never received any documentation in the escrow instructions that I would get paid back money I had loaned to my friend for delinquent association fee's and property taxes to pay off her lien (among other things) amounting to approximately 11,000 dollars. 4) Mr Ruiz also stated that all her possessions were going to be donated to a company called "anything goes" and said "I want to get rid of everything". i packed some things I thought my friend would need upon her possible return while Mr Ruiz sat there watching. Once i moved to my new residence, I received a call threatening that a family member was going to file a police report against me about the packed up items, including documents. I allowed the agent to retrieve the items, long story short,I never received my money back. I asked the agent to give me something in writing, stating that all her things were returned. Instead he said "it was up to the broker" Julie Zetland. I left her two messages that have been ignored.
