He was good.

START TO FINISH THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND WERE THERE FOR ME IN A EMERGENCY SITUATION.

The work went well, it took over a week to finish. 

I was told I'd be given a formal invoice that I could submit to my insurance company and more importantly to use for tax credit purposes.  Once they finished and I paid Scott Butler, he disappeared.  I kept emailing Scott Butler (Precision Plumbing) asking for the paperwork and I never got a response again.  When I went to register the tankless unit with Rinnai, there was difficulty establishing who had supplied it.  Rinnai wanted to know who was the authorized dealer and I had no paperwork from Precision to answer this.  Rinnai was helpful with this and they managed to find out where the unit was purchased by Precision Plumbing.

I was very disappointed with the principal, so long as there was a balance due he was responsive, once I paid in full he disappeared.  The lesson I learned was that oneshould retain some monies for at least 30 days until you know everything is working.  I was unable to get any insurance coverage and I don't know that I will be able to get the tax credit.

Having said all this, the work was okay, I haven't had any problems for over a year.  It is just the customer service aspect that I felt was lacking.

P.S. Scott Butler represented himself as a partner at Precision Plumbing, but asked that the checks be made out to him personally. It appears that Precision Plumbing was operating out of a home, which I assume is okay.

we noticed the water leaking saturday night so we called a plumber that was referred from a neighbor,that was a nightmare he poked holes in walls and said he could not find anything. we called out Precision Plumbing he showed up early for there appointment he lifted our toilet and found a rotted he called a flange.
they presented us a price and repaired it they were very professional and clean 
the don't hire anyone else but precision or angies list contractors we made that mistake

He started the work that Saturday morning and was completed that afternoon
I was impressed on how he was so knowledgable on what he was doing the reroute went very smooth
and that was comforting considering the situation of a leak in our house.

Martin the owner came out at 4:00 am calmed us down isolated the sewage spill immediately, like he has done this before
he was very professional and quoted us a very fair price before he started any major work
The company was very clean and the garage was left cleaner than it was originally,we have tenants down below as he was so courteous to them before any work was performed I appreciated that too.
I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
Also the next day he called and followed up with us and asking if there was anything else he could do!

The work was done within acceptable time limits, but a month and a half later I have been unable to obtain clean documentation to submit to insurance company. Nor did I get a booklet or warranty registration instructions for a very expensive piece of plumbing. All the work was done by "assistants," apparently subcontractor. In addition there was a ruptured sewer line under the house through my basement, it was repaired and the basement cleaned up, at an additional cost of $5,000. I need paperwork for this repair in particular for insurance purposes, and have been unable to obtain it. In other words, once the contractor was paid he was out of the picture. He insisted being paid in his personal name rather than the company name given to me by my Warranty people. His name is Scott Butler and his phone number is (949) 587-1157, not the number shown above. He referred to a "partner" but I am not sure this is the same company. Again, the work was satisfactory but the follow up and the paperwork is a now dead trail. I obviously didn't know enough to hold back some of the payment, my bad.

I have used him repeatedly. He showed up on time. My experience of working with him was good. However, he neglected to followup. There was more work to be done, and I had to chase him down. I spent around $400 on the job. I will use him again in the future.

The plumber showed up right at the beginning of a two-hour morning window, and completed his work in less than 30 minutes.

He seemed pretty professional. He came out on time. He was helpful, solved the issues we were having.
