We called him on a Saturday and he showed up in 45 minutes, correctly identified the seized pulley wheel, replaced it with stock he had in his van and we were done. Extremely efficient and no fuss. Hard to believe it was that easy. Friendly guy too.

The first company that dispatched a repair man did not have a clue. They quoted a price and left, came back and quoted another price and said they would have to order additional parts and come back another day. He had no clue what he was doing, and I was taking time off work to have him guess!! Then called PHD; Wish I would of called him initially. He services Samsung products that many in the area don't. Got his info from other repair services and was happy I did!
