If you want an honest and loyal realtor choose Peggy Roegiers. I had a lot of interference and obstacles with my sale. Interference and obstacles that were out of the ordinary for most sales. Peggy went above and beyond to help me overcome them all, never giving up. I can't even imagine where are would be now if she hadn't stuck it out with me. She is very knowledgeable and reliable. Peggy ALWAYS looked out for my best interest. I would highly recommend her to everyone and anyone.

As well as it could go. We sold our lovely but too large (empty nesters) home in two weeks in the teeth of a tough buyer's market and realized a substantial capital gain (1994 to 2014). Peggy then found us the perfect Retirement Community Condominium that fit our particular physical and fiscal needs within a week. She listens, is detail oriented and knows 'The Market' as well as how Escrow works in this screwy state. I highly recommend her to any and all, you will be glad you chose Peggy.

Peggy did a very thorough job as an agent. Helped me for house repair/improvements/decoration etc during the whole process. She is very professional and experienced for the house market. communicated with both seller and buyer frequently and solved many issues to make both sides satisfied about the sale. She is a very dedicated person and provided me many advice to make the whole process smoothly. Definitely recommend Peggy if you want to buy or sell your houses in orange county. Would love to hire her again as realtor.
