"Wow. Im sorry it took so long for me to see this. We always take it seriously if a customer is not completely satisfied but, This is not accurate. [Member Name Removed] was never home during this job. We were asked to replace a valve IN THE WALL and replace the trim as well. Not a simple anything. Once the old fixture was removed it was clear the old piping was done wrong and we would need to replace those as well to install the new product. All work was approved by the MRS. Before we started. As far as the mess, we were instructed to leave the old wainscoting in a corner, and we did. We cleaned the jobs site. I cant speak to how it was set up before any pictures were taken, but the pieces were placed away from everything in a corner, as requested. And last and most importantly, it was you who disrespected your wife! Please do not make inaccurate accusations. I only ever said she approved the work and asked us to leave the wainscoting behind . You said it was her fault, she didn't know anything and her opinion didn't count! That since YOU didn't approve it and your wife's approval didn't count!! I gave you a refund after these comments, so let's please get the story straight! I apologize to other members if this seems rough. Our reputation is everything and we needed to responded seriously to such a serious accusation. We take pride in doing a good job, done right the first time and done affordably. We make sure to treat your home as if it is our own. And if you look at all of our reviews across all platforms you'll see that we are trustworthy and honest."
After seeing the positive comments from others, I emailed Mike, who came out as scheduled and did a main line valve and regulator replacement. As a retired shop teacher, it takes a lot to impress me, and his obvious skill and workmanship was much appreciated. He took a job that was quoted much higher by other plumbers and did it quickly at a very reasonable cost. His pleasant manner and explanations of what he was doing put him in a class above other plumbers, who only seem to want to get it and out with the maximum profit for themselves. He will be at the top of my referral list for my neighbors.
BUT here's where Mike's plumbing service sets a high bar above the rest; he said and quot;NO CHARGEand quot;! He explained that he was unable to fully clear the drain to his satisfaction which is what he was hired to do so and quot;no chargeand quot; This is just unheard of in this type of industry. 5 plus stars for you Mike for your outstanding business ethics. I would have gladly paid for his service charge but he would not except it. He also explained to me other remedies/options to dealing with this slow running drain and referred me to another plumbing contactor that specializes in these options. Thanks Mike!!!!!!
Both my neighbors and I have used and have been very pleased with Myguy's services in the past
He has been courteous , kind , honest , very efficient, not to mention affordable
Since there was no indication of what was leaking at my house
the neighbor's drywall ceiling had to be opened up and probed to locate the offending pipe
After running the tub shower and toilet, the leak was located in a pipe attached to my shower
it had been leaking outside the wall into the neighbor's garage
The necessary repairs were made
after which the neighbors place was swept clean
In addition Mike made unrelated adjustments to both of my shower heads
I was pleasantly surprised when presented with an invoice for only $125.00
I am very grateful to have found such a great plumber
I plan to call on him again to do other jobs for me

very very grateful for the low charge $300 for all those repairs and there
was no additional charge for a Saturday visit. He saved the day. I will
definitely call him again and recommend him to others. Very Good
