Mission Viejo Motors checked a problem with the brakes pulling to one side. They resurfaced rotors and cleaned the braking system. New brake pads were installed also. The information provided is always accurate and they never attempt to sell something that is not needed.

The company provides free shuttle service both to and from your work or home. The services were finished when they said it would be. I liked that they didn't try to push any additional services on me. I am definitely going to use these guys again.

They are great. They were recommended to me by another mechanic and it's been over 15 years since I started using them and they are the only mechanic I go to. I might have gone there for a safety check before I went on vacation. I don't really remember. They are always honest. I can go in and say I am having these problems ask them what needs to be done and they will tell me what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. I've had cars that I've taken to the dealer where the dealer was telling me that I needed $1000 worth of working and then when I took it back to them, they've said, I didn't really need that stuff done and it's probably only $500. They have really taken care of my vehicles. They did work on a car I had where they could not diagnose the problem and when they couldn't find the problem even though they had the car for 3 days, they didn't charge me anything. They are very ethical and price wise very reasonable. Their work has always been good. The staff is great. They are always fine. I would use them again in the future.
