The chlorine content in our home was so high that we would constantly have to deal with the water spots on our glass and dishes from our dishwasher. Our shower and tap water even smelled of chlorine. We used an independent shower filter head and we were constantly buying water filters for our drinking water.
For about two years before, I diligently research all of the new and changing info on whole house water filtration systems on the internet. There were just too many options and I needed more clarity as to which was best for our particular home. I was looking for one that was reliable and thorough in its filtration system, economical, yet with the least amount of maintenance required.
Brian McCowin was able to answer all of my questions and explained the importance of having a backwash. It was logical. The installers came and did an excellent job in digging up the trench, welding the pipes, and setting up our new water filtration tank and timer. They placed it exactly where I needed it to be.
The only odd thing (and this was explained before and after the installation), is that the sound of the water pressure releasing through the pvc drain pipe from the tank to the drain outlet is very loud. Our next door neighbors has never heard it though. Its most noticeable if you are in front of the garage door or kitchen. So having the timer set around midnight works for us.
We are very pleased with our water. No more filters. We drink right from the tap and it taste better than our old popular water pitcher filter. The chlorine odor from the shower is gone. My wife is very happy when washing her hair now. Also there are no more water spots on our glasses and dishes.

They are very knowledgeable. They do not promote just one brand of purification or softening systems. They will trouble shoot your problem and choose the best system for you. The system they recommended for me has just recently needed a repair 13 years later. They are courteous, helpful, and the prices are competitive. The price represents the amount for the repair.
