+ -1 moreThis was a home warranty service call. Left promising to get back with me in a day or two, never heard back. Submitted a very detailed report to home warranty company, left me with a few word diagnosis. Told me it would cost approx $2,500, if home warranty denied coverage. Based on whatever they told home warranty, I was denied. Contacted manufacturer service tech to evaluate the problem. He diagnosed problem completely different than MAS, and repair cost was almost half what MAS quoted me. Based on his diagnosis, home warranty did cover repair. Would never call MAS again. Not only did they misdiagnose the repair, they were trying to charge almost double what original manufacturer repair service was charging.
